They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. I had been quoted anywhere from 1-3 thousand dollars to fix the issue and Tailored Audio Video was able to get us back up and running in less than an hour and at a great price. Couldn't recommend them enough!

We moved to Bend recently and purchased a new home which needed to be fitted with Smart TV and Audio in 4 rooms. We searched on Google, spoke with one other company, and went w/ Tailored Audio Video. I was impressed with the owner, Noah, immediately. His proposal software was our first impression. It was clear, illustrative, and easy to interface with. I was also happy to hear that Noah could source all of the equipment that we needed for the installs (Samsung NEO QLED TVs, Sonos ARCs, Apple TVs, mounting brackets, and all parts). I was surprised that Noah could obtain all of the equipment at the same Black Friday pricing that was available on Best Buy and the manufacturers websites. He even updated us if there were any price changes. He ordered all of the gear, and in less than one week, installed everything like he was putting it in his own home. All of the cords, cables, and measurements were flawless. He is an absolute perfectionist in every way. He even hauled off all of the packaging at the end of the install. I would highly recommend Tailored Audio Video to anyone considering a similar project.

We can't recommend Noah enough!

We did a large remodel of an older home and Noah installed all of our security, sound and televisions. He had to squeeze in his work/wiring between the framers and drywallers. Our builder was concerned because he didn't know him ( we brought him in through a referral) and was worried about timing and quality. He was not only impressed but complimented his cleanliness, workmanship and ability to work with his subs. THEN he asked for Noah's information which is the ultimate endorsement.
